- Serves "of‑counsel" to Bromberg, Rosenthal, LLP, a prestigious Maryland law firm.
- Appointed by President Clinton to direct the Office of Hearing and Appeals at the U.S. Department of the Interior, where he served as Chief Judge, establishing their ADR program; Served as Special Assistant to the Secretary for Dispute Resolution. Resolved numerous environmental and employment disputes. Assisted other federal agencies establish ADR programs; Served on the U.S. Department of Justice's ADR committee
- Acclaimed nationally recognized lecturer on ADR practices.
- Appointed by President Clinton to serve as chief counsel to the United States Parks Service and Fish and Wildlife Service; Directed the litigation and settlement of numerous environmental and land use disputes.
- Attorney with Arent Fox Kitner Plotkin and Kahn and Dobrovir and Gebhardt in Washington, D.C. with a focus in intellectual property (trademark, copyright), unfair trade practices, health law disputes, general litigation and public service Family Law work.
- Intellectual Property Director, 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Organizing Committee; Ran operations/nerve center during the games.
