Resolved numerous environmental and employment disputes. Assisted other federal agencies establish ADR programs; Served on the U.S. Department of Justice's ADR committee
     
  • Acclaimed nationally recognized lecturer on ADR practices.
     
  • Appointed by President Clinton to serve as chief counsel to the United States Parks Service and Fish and Wildlife Service; Directed the litigation and settlement of numerous environmental and land use disputes.
     
  • Attorney with Arent Fox Kitner Plotkin and Kahn and Dobrovir and Gebhardt in Washington, D.C. with a focus in intellectual property (trademark, copyright), unfair trade practices, health law disputes, general litigation and public service Family Law work.
